Much like the changing seasons in nature, we all go through times of growth, uncertainty, loss, and renewal. Working in a relational way, I believe it is through the therapeutic relationship that healing and change become possible. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, loss, identity, relationships, or simply feeling stuck, counselling can help you find clarity, build self-acceptance, and move towards a more balanced and fulfilling life—at your own pace and in your own time.

My counselling service offers a warm, relational approach, where you are met with empathy, respect, and understanding. I believe that it’s the therapeutic relationship itself that creates the space for healing and growth. Together, we’ll explore whatever you’re facing—without judgment—at a pace that feels right for you. My aim is to support you in finding greater self-awareness, acceptance, and a clearer path forward.
