Supervision for Therapists and Counsellors

Supporting You in Supporting Others

As a supervisor, I offer a supportive and collaborative space for therapists and counsellors to reflect on their work, deepen their practice, and navigate challenging client situations with greater clarity and confidence. Drawing on my experience as a counsellor and supervisor both charity and private settings, I bring a relational approach to supervision—one that values honesty, curiosity, and mutual respect. I believe supervision is vital not only for ethical and safe practice but also for your own professional development and wellbeing. Whether you're newly qualified or experienced, my aim is to help you feel grounded, resourced, and connected in your work.

What You Can Expect from Supervision

Supervision with me offers a consistent, safe, and confidential space where you can explore your client work openly and without judgment. It’s a place to pause, reflect, and process what’s happening in the therapy room, as well as within yourself. Together, we can look at areas of uncertainty, ethical dilemmas, or emotional challenges, helping you stay grounded and effective in your practice. I work with both trainee counsellors—supporting their learning, development, and growing confidence—as well as qualified practitioners in private practice who may be navigating the complexities of working independently. Supervision isn’t just about oversight—it’s about growth, support, and developing your unique voice as a practitioner.
