Meet Your Therapist & Supervisor
Since 2014, I have run my own private practice, working with a wide range of issues including suicidal ideation, eating disorders, relationship challenges, abuse, domestic violence, gender and sexuality, depression, stress, shame, loss, grief, and personal development. My approach is warm and accepting, aiming to help you discover self-acceptance and find your own way forward through the strength of our therapeutic relationship.

It's the relationship which heals - Irvin Yalom
Location
My private practice is based at Wainbridge House, Shepherd Road, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, GL2 5EL. It’s a quiet and accessible location, offering a comfortable and confidential space for therapy and supervision. Free parking is available on-site, and the practice is easily reachable by public transport.
Fiona Stephens
I am a qualified therapist and supervisor with an FdA in Therapeutic Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Relational supervision; working in a relational way that centres on the belief that healing happens through the quality of the relationship. Since 2011, I have been part of Listening Post, a Gloucestershire-based charity, where I provide supervision. I also supervise at the Addiction Recovery Agency (ARA), supporting those affected by gambling issues, and at Young Gloucester, where I supervise counsellors working with the young people.
